Date stamping/ printing

• 1959 – 1990 stamped on cantal plate. Letter=month, 2 digits=year
• 1991 – leather underside. Letter=monyh. Surrounding 2 digits=year (backwards)
• 2001 (Selle Italia acquisition) – as before, date digits not reversed

• Pre 1930s. Die cut brass not solid.
